Hi Paizo,

It's me. Look, sit down. We need to talk.

Back in July 29, 2020, we talked about how our little arrangement wasn't working--you didn't take my subscriptions into account and overcharged my credit card.

Then, you did it again in Feb 18, 2021. I asked for help, and you got on it.

Welp, it's happened a third time, and I cannot continue to support a model that cannot manage to function as intended.

Love your products. I'm not going to deal with this. So...

Please correct your overcharge on order 36461097 and cancel my subscription.

I'll still pick up the occasional book. Thanks.

Hi Paizo,

I am again asking you to honor the discount system that you offer for people with four or more subscriptions.

My most recent order (36370880) was not discounted.

This is a recurring issue with my account. I'm not sure what switch, lever, button, or monkey paw you have to activate to address this issue. I hope you find it.

I emailed about this issue three weeks ago but did not receive a response.

I am a subscriber to four subscription lines and have only received a discount on my first order.

Two orders are in question here:

Order #30187551 was shipped today, containing the APG and Legends. These were billed at full price and were automatically shipped as part of my subscription plans.

Order #23283261 was shipped back in May, containing the Bestiary 2. This was billed at full price but was not automatically shipped as part of my subscription plans (though it is a text in the subscription plan I am enrolled in).

Please let me know what can be done to address this.
