So this order is for 74 and some change. You took 71 dollars in credit and then took two paymenrs from my bank account. 4 and some change for the taxes and then 70 dollars. Which means you charged me over 140 dollars for two products. Can i get this fixed asap please?

Hi!
Looking at the transactions associated with your card, as far as I can tell, your payment should have finalized the $74 + change (although possibly in two transaction that should total that $74 + change). Has that resolved? I'm seeing that it finalized on May 18th, so I'm hoping that was the case, but please let me know if it's still showing you being charged twice!

If you look at the invoice it was supposed to apply 71.30 from my store credit credit. However you all took the money from my actual bank account. Did you also deduct the 71.30 from my credit balance? Cause if so i would like that put back for June. If not then I was only charged once,but charged from the wrong payment method, and this is the second time it's happened.

That was, in fact, going to be my follow-up query after we had confirmed that your bank account wasn't charged twice. It looks like our system got confused when it came to get your order shipped out, but it did refund the $71.30 in store credit back to your account.
I'm really sorry about the inconvenience! I can apply the store credit to the order and refund your payment method; or, alternatively, if you'd rather just have it applied to your June subscription order, please feel free to shoot us an email around when subscription orders are generated so that one of us in CS can keep an eye on it and make sure it's processed correctly!
