Alchemist's Fire and "proficiency" in its use

Hi, there,

if you aren't an alchemist or someone that's Trained in the use of those alchemical weapons, what's your "proficiency"? Untrained, or can anybody use them Trained?

The weapon chart on page 282 says Alchemical Bombs are Martial. Also page 544 says "Bombs are martial thrown weapons with a range increment of 20 feet."
