Order supposedly shipped by 2/19 tracking info still hasn't updated. Site says - If tracking is unavailable after 3 days, please contact your shipper. Want to make sure order actually shipped since this has never happened with any of my other orders.

It looks like there was a group of orders from around that time that never received tracking information. All mail carriers have been experiencing delays and hiccups and most likely missed scanning these orders. I double checked your order and it did ship from our warehouse on 2/16 and it looks like other folks in the forums have been reporting that their orders are starting to arrive. We ask that you give this order a little extra time to be delivered but of course, please let us know if your order doesn't arrive. :)
