Folks, it is looking more and more like a number of orders that were shipping out via Standard Post (Mail Innovations) and were processed for shipping around February 16th & 17th have not been updated with tracking information either at all or until very recently.
Over the last couple months there have been a number of issues affecting all of the US's postal and package shipment services including inclement weather, increased demand, pandemic related delays, and more.
If you are missing a package that was processed for shipping around Mid-February and the tracking has not updated, please give it a little bit of extra time before contacting customer service. We will absolutely help customers who's packages go missing, but at this time, we suspect we have a number of packages that are just missing their scans and/or delayed.
The typical estimate for domestic standard shipping is 4-8 business days. The way this shipping method works is that UPS Mail Innovations picks up the packages, and brings them to their processing facilities. They handle the logistics of getting packages closer to their destination before handing them over to the US postal service. 4-8 business days from February 16th is today, February 26th. We would ask that if you are missing your packages shipped around then, and the tracking has not yet shown up that you give them an extra week, until March 5th.
If the packages or the tracking has not shown up by March 5th, please let us know!
Helpful comments in this thread would include anecdotal reports for folks who had an order ship this method during this time frame and have already received your order, and/or have had the tracking kick in later than expected.

Wednesday, Feb 17, 2021 shipped.
Friday, Feb 26 2021 package arrived.

Tracking information for this piece is unavailable at this time. Tracking may take 24-48 hours after your mail piece has shipped. Please check back at a later time for additional information.
If tracking is unavailable after 3 days, please contact your shipper.

Ohhh, yes. I had complete tracking, including post office tracking details. (again, unlike January shipment when it never got into the PO system)
Ny packages never get further than this. Its really annoying. Every paizo order every time never gets tracking info.
I hate Mail Innovations :/

Thanks for the info, I was just about to contact CS about this. I'll wait another week before doing so. If it's helpful for anyone mine shipped on the 17th and there is no update to the tracking info yet. In the past I've received the packages one week from ship date pretty consistently.

Order shipped on the 16th and arrived today on the 27th.
No tracking info ever updated, but at least it's here. Just posting an update in order to help put other people at ease -- they're just held up thanks to DeJoy and his nonsense.

Hello, I was happy to finally receive my order today, Paizo Order #36318261, of Lost Omens: Ancestry Guide. I was shocked to find the order was incorrect. I was sent the Starfinder RPG book. I want my actual order. How do I proceed to get this fixed?

I'm not sure this is related only to this month's shipments. For the last 2 years I've had USPS/MI and the tracking either didn't come, came late, showed my package sitting in Kansas City for over a week, the package arrived before tracking was released, or sometimes just plain stopped in K.C. and several days later the package would show up. But nothing showed that it entered the USPS system, just showed sitting in K.C. I figured it was just poor tracking problem, but if you're going to take this to them, we can look at some of my old shipments and tracking experience.

Thoughts after 5-minute flip-through:
Yay: Happy to finally get my physical copy of the Ancestry Guide in hand.
Nay: Weird and disappointing to see the Shoony ancestry missing completely.
Yikes!: Paizo is in dire need of a proof reader, editor, or at least a decent spell check program. It's not Uncomon to have a mistake here or there, but it's definitely Uncomon to see glaring errors so early and often.

I'm in Indiana, was marked as shipped on the 16th, and my package arrived today. UPS Mail Innovations tracking never updated and the only tracking I ever got was due to being signed up for USPS's Informed Delivery Service, so they were keeping track of something coming to my address and they only picked up on it up at some point in Ohio.

Have you seen the new mail trucks? If they go fast enough maybe they go back in time and the package is delivered before it is shipped.

As of March 5th, I have not yet received my order (Order #36367210) which was shipped out on February 17th. The tracking information never updated during this time. Please advise. Thank you.

My order #36326359 was incorrect and I am missing items that were supposedly shipped on February 17th. I sent an email to customer support detailing the problem two weeks ago and have not gotten a response back. I also called and left a voice message about this problem last week and also did not hear a response. Am I ever going to get help for my missing items?

You can also make a new thread in the customer service forum about your issue if you want. Be sure to mention that you've emailed and left a voicemail so that whatever way they get to your issue they can clear all 3 "copies" of how you reported it.

Just wanted to say thanks for sharing this. I've never had to deal with an issue before and didn't realize just how backed up their customer service department is.

An update for mine:
Had another package from another source go missing, so I contacted the post office. They were sitting on both packages for some unknown reasons. My order has been received on 3/10/21.
