There's been a lot of noise and not much substance beyond pet theory bickering?
If it's not your theory, you could stop defending it any time, but you've now spent 3 days defending it.... so trying to claim that it isn't your theory sounds really hollow.
Saying that your wild speculation has less support than direct statements in the email that every news outlet picked up 7 years ago is pointing out the flaws in YOUR theory. Not supporting the other.
A consensus opinion is just an argument ad populem.
And the opinion of an historian is just the speculation of a industry outsider trying desperately to be relevant on the internet.
Feel free to present the definitive evidence you keep saying exists. Your failure to do so though is speaking volumes though.
