Incorrectly Charged - Order 36370970

Hi Folks,
I was charged without subscription being applied to my order. Been subscribed for quite some time without issue. Saw this early on but folks suggested it would resolve itself before shipping, but I got the confirmation my order shipped and it still doesn't show the discount having been applied.
