I read somewhere that Charon once trapped an entire nation of people in a giant glacier. Where exactly does this happen?
Paizo's book on the daemons was Book of the Damned v3, Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Charon might be in there.
Otherwise it could be Frostburn, D&D 3.5? They tried to fit anything chilly into that book.
