It didn't appear in this month's monthly update blog post as something they are currently working on, (but they usually don't sanction until all parts are out, so I didn't expect to see them mention it yet).
With part 3 due to be released in late March, we might see it mentioned that they are starting to work on it in April's blog -- which probably means a May sanctioning is the absolute earliest we'd see it. But as that's getting into the summer con season, no estimate survives long. Its their busy season, and sanctioning is going to be lower priority than scenarios, specials, guide updates, etc, so its likely to be delayed further.
I'm playing (well starting to play it in two weeks) it, so I've been avoiding spoilers, but I haven't heard any rumblings about problematic for OP content, yet. Nor is it using any hard-to-integration with OP subsystems. So I would expect it will be eventually sanctioned.

Echoing a lot of what Eric has said.
That being said - It's located in and around Otari, where a couple of other adventures (Beginner's Box, troubles in Otari) are located, and both of those were sanctioned within a month of release - I'm hoping that this will see a similar priority... But there are no guarantees, of course.
