With the Mesmerist stare being replace by an aroma and the stare feats being useless, what type of feats would be good for an Aromaphile Mesmerist?
I would think spell focus, greater spell focus, combat casting and maybe uncanny casting but what else do you think?

Would my thinking be correct that stare feats are of no use to an Aromaphile because it has Hypnotic Aroma instead of Hypnotic Stare?

I didn't think about the bull strength not stacking with a belt. So that definitely helps rule out going to alchemist lvl 4. Still thinking about a dip, although I need to learn more about this Living Monolith.

I have a PFS lvl 4 Mutagenic Mauler (brawler) that I am looking forwards to where I want to take him. I am thinking about multi-classing into alchemist to get access to enlarge person and bull strength, which would mean 4 lvls before going back to Brawler. My feats are currently Power attack, Weapon focus (unarmed), and Dragon style.
1. Is this a good idea?
2. If I do it, do I go with Ragechemist archetype in Alchemist?
3. Do I start at next level? Or go 1 more in Brawler then into Alchemist?

1) I prefer to have both levels of an encounter together, rather than all encounters for playing down, then all encounters for playing up. I accidently turned to the wrong section of the appendix, and found the encounter I was looking for, only for it to be the high tier, rather than the low tier. Oops.

I humbly disagree with this, having been one to use the wrong stat block in 1e, I really like having different sections for the different tiers. Once I know what tier I'm running, I can just take the other appendix out of my 3ring binder. And currently while everybody in my group is low tier I just don't print the high tier pages.

Based on your previous classes, you haven't played an enchanter...

So why not Aromaphile Mesmerist Ghoran?

Be a delicious and fragrant piece of fruit that can charm a whole room!

Since you'll have pretty good Charisma, you can qualify for the Spelleater feats (Greater and Spellmirror) which are cool additions to have at low levels.

There is one guy in our local PFS group who plays a Medium, and that was the extent of my knowledge of the occult classes. After looking over Mesmerist, it looks very interesting. Thanks for the suggestion.

I started playing Pathfinder with the local Society group a few years ago. I’ve never been one to play humans, having started as a Halfling Cavalier, then moved onto a Tengu Inquizitor/Zen archer, a Half-Orc Cleric, and an Oread Mutagenic Brawler. I started GMing this year and was thrilled to get the Regional Support boon to make a Dhampir which I think will be a swashbuckler very shortly.

Last week I GMed at a local con and got my 2nd race boon. But this one has choices: Ghoran, Kobold, Rougarou or Samsaran. Any suggestions on what class/archetype would match well with each of these races?

People always forget you can get uncommon things with achievement points in addition to any type of boon in 2e.

isn't achievement points how you get the boons now?

So the bonus wealth from the Retail Incentive Program is only good for those that fail or crit-fail, and does nothing for those that succeed. Shouldn't it help everybody?

Is there an ETA on when it will be? What kind of time frame did new books take to be sanctioned in 1e? Are we thinking it will be longer/shorter in 2e?

Seeing many Society characters being adopted so they can get something that helps their build, it is fun to see an Iconic who is also adopted.

Excellent, that additional bit of information made me happy. I saw this right before playing PFS 5-03 last night, and promptly bought it and sold my breastplate that I had been wearing since level 1.

My little halfling now does 3d8+21+3d6 on a 2 handed charge with my lance because of spirited charge, belt of thunderous charge, and now Mammoth Armour. And I'm assuming the damage from the armour does not multiply on a crit.

On a side note, why would they have different stats/prices and name it the same thing? Why not just add a third type of charging armour, along with Rhino Hide armor?

I'm looking at the Mammoth Hide for my Cavalier. It is in Adventurer's Guide, Inner Sea Combat, and Melee Tactics Toolbox. And I have Melee Tactics Toolbox.

In the Additional resources document under...

Adventurer's Guide wrote:
Equipment: All equipment and magic items in this book are legal for play except the Aspis badge of last resort, branding iron, mantis blade, mask of the mantis, ring of retreat, rose knight's blade, and storm kindler's rod.
and
Melee Tactics Toolbox wrote:
Equipment: all equipment and magic items on pages 18-29 are legal for play, except arms of the marilith, exemplar weapon salve, Leng flail, and the growing weapon property;
but
Inner Sea Combat wrote:
all equipment and magic items on pages 50–63 are legal except backbreaker mail, crag linnorm plate, feather token, mammoth hide, numerian resistance plate, shadowbound chains, and imperial army greathelm.

And Archives of Nethys says it is PFS legal.

So if it listed as not legal in Inner Sea combat, do they just not list it in the others? Or did they reconsider on future publications and now it is legal? 2 say yes, 1 says no = majority rules
Because clearly Melee Tactics Toolbox is the book I have and it is legal out of it, right? ;-)

I'm hoping that we get the other lvl 5 characters soon. But there seems to be a lot of "hoping something is coming soon" going around.

Well since they are prone to mutations he could have the hair thing happen. His mutation just happens to be hair, I was going to personally give my goblin sorcerer a shock of hair at the top of his head though was also going to have one green eye and one red so take that as you would.

Either way, he does have a disguise kit.

So my first question is do Golarion goblins ever have hair? Or are they always bald? Have a idea for a character concept of a Goblin Rogue who with a hooded cloak and overgrown hair along with his other cloths/gloves tries to pass himself off as a halfling. It wouldn't be hiding from the party, but from outsides. Anything that I haven't thought about to held this concept?

My VA reports all the scenarios I GM, how do I know if the play test scenarios are reported? I don't see them in my list of scenarios reported.
