What is a Sahir-Afiyun?

They have a spell list on Archives of Nethys, but I do not recall their ever being mentioned in any of the actual books I have read. And I cannot find any classes on AoN to attach it to (either in base or prestige).

So what and where are they?

Thanks avr. When I could not find a class for it, my next thought was that it was an archetype. But there are a lot of them so I decided to ask...good job I did not search through all the archtypes and still not find it!
