Over 6 months and still can't place order!

I have been trying for over 6 months to order the items in my cart and it still won't process orders.
I press the RED Place Order Button and it does the circular thinking thing then it the screen flashes and I am back at the RED Place Order Button.
I have asked that you please manually process the order for me, but it still has not been processed.

Could someone please take care of this for me?

Hi!

It looks like the order isn't submitting because the payment method is being declined, and unfortunately we are unable to submit it on our end if the card is declining. We recommend double checking that all the information for the payment method matches what your bank has on file for it. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)
