Hi helpful CS people!
This order has been charged and shipped (which is great) but it had $65 in store credit/convention coupon codes attached to it, and when the final total was sent through to the bank, this was included in it, making the charge $101.81 instead of 36.81. I would appreciate some help on this, either as a refund or store credit, since I will happily still be spending it later, but it wasn't expected as a part of this order.

I am so sorry that the credit didn't stick to this order! I went ahead and applied the store credit that was supposed to be used on this order and have refunded the payment method for the amount as well. Please allow some time for it to reflect in your bank account and please let me know if I can assist you further :)
