Where to enter HOLIDAY21?

I must be blind, but I can't find any field where I could input my Holiday21 to get the discount. Can you tell me at what step that field would appear or point me to the page where this is explained?

While checking out your shopping cart, in Step 2 (Payment Method), there should be a field at the bottom under Promotions & Gift Certificates. Enter it there.

Got it, thank you! I didn't go to that page because I'm a subscriber and my Credit Card is in there anyway. But now the "Place your Order" button just does nothing... Argh, the store on this site is really a bit of a pain.
