Investigator archetype Rogue with High Int and Cha, get Profession (Cook) and Profession (Butler/Housekeeping), max out your Diplomacy, Bluff, Perc, Stealth, and anything else you want. Put your first two Signature Skills in Diplomacy and Bluff probably.
As a Butler, you can get into weapon-less places with cooking knives and anything else you might need for an infiltration mission. You can get close to kings and queens, kingpins, and just about anyone you want for assassinations/black-bagging. And if anyone questions what you're doing, in your snoodiest derisive rebuttal "My master only likes MY cooking services" and continue walking like you own the place. Sap Master and Underhanded might be cool for this too.

Well, didn’t he serve time in the British army, or am I thinking of a specific Alfred from a specific universe? If it is the normal Alfred that did so, you could take notes from how the British army members fight, minus the guns cause he now serves Batman who hates the things, and call it a day. Sorry that isn’t much help, but the others already gave any ideas I could come up with (without spending time researching Pathfinder builds first, anyways).

He served in the elite British Special Air Service (SAS) in Korea (at least that is what the TV show has him as).
Early Pennyworth, based on that show so far, would be a high Int & Cha Slayer/Commando type with serious intimidate and bluff. Hard to make in PF due to MAD.

Alfred is more than willing to use guns....

The fluff doesn't quite match, but the Consigliere Rogue or Geisha Bard could work. The Pathfinder Chronicler prestige class seems to fit too.

I noticed something. A lot of people stated Alfred was former military. No one so far said what exactly. It was in Batman Year One that makes a mention of what Alfred's specialty. Medic. Not quite a full fledged surgeon like Bruce's father but highly trained. I'd suggest an Investigator or Alchemist. If he doesn't get the profiency for it take Sword Cane. Sword Cane disguised as an Umbrella a staple of English agents. I'd also suggest the feat Catch Off Guard. He seems the type to pick up anything handy to kill. A monster or bandit be real surprised by getting wailed on by a man using only a tea kettle especially while he complains about how uncivilized people are.
