If you’re using the arm or hand prosthetic, you reduce the penalty to attack rolls when performing a full attack with weapons in that hand by 1.

Would that apply to a two handed rifle or polearm held in the possessed hand and another hand?

I mean, the weapon is in the hand. It's also in another hand. Still counts.
