Oracle spell level question

At level 16, an Oracle with the Life Mystery adds the spell "Heal, Mass" to their list of spells known. Is this still a 9th level spell that the Oracle knows but is unable to cast, or is it considered an 8th level spell for him?

Pretty sure it's 8th if you're getting it then.

I'm not an expert on Oracles by any means, but that follows the convention for class creation.

Paizo stopped releasing FAQs for PF1 over three years ago.

Guess it needs houserules then... makes no sense that thematic bloodline/mystery spells get bonus spells that are actually penalty spells.
