What has the CS team been doing for the last week? They have been working through the June 23 emails since last Wed (that's a week for those keeping track). Is everyone on the team on vacation? The good news is that the number of emails are going down (60) since last Wed, and that's obviously including all the new emails the team received since then.
I've resigned myself to not expect a reply to my order issue that I submitted last week until November 2020.

I think they have repeatedly gotten the dates wrong in their postings, as they often repeat dates for several days in a row even when it seems unlikely that they got stuck on a single day's e-mails for that long.
But I think they are being overwhelmed in dealing with the e-mails, as the number of unanswered e-mails and the time since the last e-mail they answered have been steadily creeping upward over time.
I hope that they can resolve this issue soon, as this forum seems to be the only place where there is currently any hope of getting timely responses to issues.

There is also the very great possibility that they are using the date of the oldest open ticket. Not the day they are working on. So long as you see the email numbers going DOWN then they are chomping through them. Just so happens that there is 1 or a few emails from June 23rd that can not be 'closed' for whatever reason.
