Hi, I sent an email in reference to damaged items in:
Order 25377899
Order 25377424
Order 25373929
I then found that the email support backlog is over a month out. As my orders were of back issues I'm concerned replacements may not be available by the time my email is addressed.
I was thinking of ordering the items again while they're still available to ensure I get them and then deal with the returns/refunds of the others when my email was addressed. Is there a way I can ensure that better non damaged copies of my back issues are sent with this order?

The same staff supports here as the email, so I'm sorry about the delay as we are working through our backlog. I noticed that someone had set up a replacement for the damaged products, but there were some books that we did not have any more copies of. Unfortunately we have very limited stock of the remaining magazines and our warehouse will pick the best conditioned books to send. I have issued a refund for the volumes we cannot replace and sent you a confirmation email for the order for the replacement for the other books!
