Hi, I sent an email in reference to damaged items in:

Order 25373929
I then found that the email support backlog is over a month out. As my orders were of back issues I'm concerned replacements may not be available by the time my email is addressed.
I was thinking of ordering the items again while they're still available to ensure I get them and then deal with the returns/refunds of the others when my email was addressed. Is there a way I can ensure that better non damaged copies of my back issues are sent with this order?
