Dear Paizo customer service,
I add the discount code paizocon2020, but nothing happens on the shopping cart. My understanding is that it applies with other discounts. Could you please have a look at my account/shopping cart (currently empty after several attempts)? I remember that in the past sometimes there have been problems with discount codes to go through. Thanks.
For clarification, I was trying to add normal currently available Paizo products.

It appears that the reason the code did not take is because your of the conflicting promotion for the first edition celebration sale. While the paizocon2020 discount will stack with other discounts that are stackable, the First Edition Celebration Sale discount is actually the one marked as not being able to stack, so the system is giving you the better of the two options: the first edition celebration sale price.
Hopefully this makes sense for why you don't see prices changing on some items in the cart! Both promotions have to be allowed to stack with other promotions in order to do so. The most common stacking in your Paizo Advantage with anything that allows stacking, so something that does not qualify for the First Edition Celebration Sale, but does apply for Paizo Advantage and a stack-able discount will get both stack-able discounts.
