I don't know if anyone is interested in adding Dimensional Savant to monsters, but in case you are...
I searched AoN for monsters with Dimension Door, then sorted them for At Will, rather than a limited number of uses per day. I didn't include the uber-high CR monsters because it's useless adding the extra HD or class levels necessary in order to get the 4 feats in the Dimensional Savant chain.
