The Arcing Weapon feat allows the Acid Arrow to used through your weapon in one of two ways.
1) Melee attack. You do weapon damage and spell damage as normal.
2) Ranged attack. The spell affects one target once. You add the weapon plus to the damage by the spell.
Applying to Acid Arrow, you either get weapon+spell damage (melee) or plus+spell damage. If acid arrow lasts 3 rounds, the spell would normally do a total of 6d4, so an ranged Arcing would do 6d4+4 not 6d4+12.

Looking up Arcing Weapon rules myself. CAN Arcing allow you to cast Acid Arrow? Is it considered a Ray spell for the proposes of this feat?

Acid arrow isn't a Ray, and this feat doesn't change that, so it is not applicable to it.

Thank you all for the responses, and to Cevah in particular for breaking down the feat for me. I joined a CotCT campaign after a long hiatus from Pathfinder, and I'm definitely a little rusty. My character is actually using Words of Power from Ultimate Magic (Corrosive Bolt specifically), and I figured asking asking about Acid Arrow would tell me what I needed to know. So far the character has been a...blast to play. (I'm so sorry.)
