Thanks Joan, I am amazed at how you are pulling all this together, doing everything by email is more difficult than most people know, phones are so fast, email is 350+ messages waiting their turn. I'm so glad you are:

  • Forthcoming with our expected waits
  • A true blessing for us and for Paizo
  • Seem to be well even with all the problems here in in this very odd 2020
