Hellknight Armiger resistance to mental damage clarifications

Does this mental resistance also needs to count the Hellknight Armiger Dedication feat itself?

I.e. 1 + 1 (for Hellknight Armiger Dedication) + x for the other Hellknight feats?

OR is that initial 1 actually accounts for it?!?

Yeah it counts Initial one and any other Hellknight class or skill feat.
