"This order contains two digital purchases that are not currently available." But why?

I'm attempting to order two PDFs whose store pages indicate they are available, but when I attempt to check out, I get the message in the subject line (minus the "But why?"). Can you assist me or at least tell me what's wrong?

The order is 8405516.

This certainly seems to be a technical issue. Can you clarify for me which PDFs wer intended to be in the order? Based on the current state I can't tell what items you were trying to purchase. If you could clarify that for me I can get it fixed up and the PDFs on your account. Thank you!


Hi Sam,

The two PDFs are:

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Adventurer's Guide; and
Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Undead Unleashed

Currently, when I put them into my cart again, Paizo's store informs me:

"Note: You purchased this product Nov 16, 2019. View order."

When I click "View Order," it takes me to the window reviewing the order I described above. However, neither PDF is in my collection of Digital Content and it does not appear that I was charged for them on the 16th. I'd be happy to purchase them "again," but I don't want to have the prior transaction go through as well and be double billed for the books.


I kinda sorta fixed this (basically by biting the bullet and buying them "again." So long as the hung-up transaction doesn't go through, we should be all set.
