Hello Michael,
This certainly seems to be a technical issue. Can you clarify for me which PDFs wer intended to be in the order? Based on the current state I can't tell what items you were trying to purchase. If you could clarify that for me I can get it fixed up and the PDFs on your account. Thank you!

Hi Sam,
The two PDFs are:
Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Adventurer's Guide; and
Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Undead Unleashed
Currently, when I put them into my cart again, Paizo's store informs me:
"Note: You purchased this product Nov 16, 2019. View order."
When I click "View Order," it takes me to the window reviewing the order I described above. However, neither PDF is in my collection of Digital Content and it does not appear that I was charged for them on the 16th. I'd be happy to purchase them "again," but I don't want to have the prior transaction go through as well and be double billed for the books.
