Can't update payment method

I changed my credit a few weeks ago, but your system is still trying to use the old cancelled card and I can't delete it.
I have tried to change the payment to the new card, but it will not let me delete the old card and use the new one.
The thing is, I have gotten new Pathfinder and Starfinder Society subscriptions and the system used my new card.
Could you please get this taken care of?
This is stalling my October subscriptions from shipping.

BTW, I noticed there are customer service requests (including mine) going back 2 weeks that haven't been answered yet.

Hello Charles Scholz,

I have changed the payment method on your order to the one that appears to be the most recently added. I noticed this was not your current default though, which you can change in your subscription settings. When you add a new payment method, changing it as the default on your subscription settings will ensure that it is used for orders going forward, and then I can know more certainly which one to pick for updating it on already pending orders!

I have changed the default payment method to the one listed on the confirmation email I will send you shortly. Please let me know if this is not the right one and we need to change it to the other payment method on your account.

The website provided for doing this is horribly broken. Someone needs to log in and look at it.

EDIT: the website "My Payment Methods" is broken. It doesn't make sense at all.

Thanks for letting me know! It shouldn't be a roadblock to managing your own payment methods, so I'll do some investigating to see where it gives me trouble and pass it along to tech.
