Hello Northern Dreamer,
On your "my subscriptions" page there is a setting to select "use store credit for subscriptions." As long this is done before the subscription orders are generated, the system will know to apply any available store credit to your subscription order. If you need ot add store credit after the order has been generated, please let CS know!
