PFS Scenarios - Paizo Advantage

Hi there,

I noticed I was charged for the PFS scenarios for September even though I am a Paizo Advantage subscriber and I have them selected as my preferred scenario. Do I need to formally withdraw my PFS subscription? If so, can you please assist?

Hello Leyandiss79,

The issue is that you do not yet qualify for the complimentary scenarios. In order for Paizo Advantage and this perk to become active, you must have 4 subscriptions that have all shipped out an item. This is what qualifies the subscription as active. Since two of your subscriptions, the Adventure, and the Rulebook, were started with items that have not yet shipped out, the Paizo Advantage and complimentary subscription benefits have not yet kicked in. Based on the items you have selected for your subscriptions, your benefits will kick in in January, when the Gamemastery Guide ships.
