I got a shipping email today, but it was only for one item of the five items. I’m curious why it is divided into two shipments, and why only one shipped. The email was generated on the 5th, and the street date is in two days, is there a way to get the items to ship sooner?

Hello Mil,

This time it was the cheapest method to ship the order in two packages via Standard Postal Delivery. Shipping everything in one package would have increased the shipping price by at least $2 which is why the two package method was chosen. It appears your second package shipped shortly afterward.

There is not a way to ensure the items ship sooner. We ship all subscription orders over the course of an about 2 week shipping window, with the end of that window being around the street date. Whether you are at the beginning or end of this shipping queue is up to chance, so this time you may have been closer to the end, but next time you may be in the first batch of orders to go out.
