Pathfinder Player Companion: Blood of the Beast Clarification

On the poison darter Ranger archetype, should the Poison Style class feature actually read "Starting at 2nd level"? This would more clearly indicate that all combat style feats can be replaced with rogue talents and alchemist discoveries, which would seem to be the intent, but is not clear. Seems obvious, given that the archetype does not get sneak attack until level 4, but I would like to be sure.
