I know the CS team has been quite busy, but I posted 2 weeks ago with no response. Hopefully, this will actually be noticed.
When my August subscription order spawned, I realized how close it was to qualifying for free shipping so I placed an order (7945991) to ship with that subscription order but quickly realized it would not put the order over the $100 threshold. So I placed a second order (8086994) and asked that the first order be canceled.
2 weeks later, the first order has not been canceled and the second order did not ship with my subscription, with both still sitting in my sidecart.
In addition, because of my subscriptions, I am supposed to receive the PFS scenarios, and I don't have access to those either.

I have cancelled the item from order 7945991. Order 8086994 did not ship out with the subscription order because it was placed after the subscription order was generated. The subscription only looks in the sidecart when it is generating the order. Once it has it will not look in the sidecart again until the next month. So if something is added to the sidecart after the order is generated it will wait to ship with the next months order, even if the order hasn't shipped out yet. Until the order ships out there will be a shipping option that is "ship with order XXXXXXX". That shipping option will put the item into the pending order.
The subscription benefits do not kick in until the first item of each qualifying subscription has shipped out. There have not been PFS scenarios released since your Lost Omens World Guide shipped out. The next time they are released (there will be some in September) you will get those.
