Can a hireling from said boon take Lore:Pathfinder Society as its lore skill?

I don't see why not. It's a Lore Skill that the Early Explorer Legacy Background gives. I think the only Lore with special rules around its acquisition is Bardic Lore; they only way you can get that is the Bard Class Feat.
