Dumb question about Second Edition character sheet

Hi there, can someone please explain what the SPECIAL 1st feat is on the character sheet under ANCESTRY, and when you apply it? I can't seem to find a reference to it anywhere.

That was my guess, too; but the CRB doesn't specify, from what I can see.

Maybe this was just future-proofing by Paizo?

I assumed it was for things like darkvision and low-light vision.

@Nicolas Paradise, vision goes under SENSES on Page 1.

I asked the same question recently, and the answer was that nobody knows, but it's probably for race-specific abilities like Darkvision.

I could also see using it for humans who get an extra feat.
