Lot's of ways to do this depending on how much you want to focus on each part.
You are always going to want the Rough Rider goblin feat and the steed ally in order to get that good riding wolf.
Champions work fine with ranged weapons. If you choose Paladin path you will want the ranged reprisal feat. Other than that probably get a shortbow since you will want to be right in the mix most of the time since your champions reaction has a range of 15 ft.
You will likely want the Deity's Domain feat to get fire domain (fire rays yay!)
To focus on archery there are a few options you could take second ally to get stuff to boost your bow. you could take Fighter or Ranger MCA to get some bow feats. Id probably go Ranger since the flourish ability pairs better with high mobility.
I might do it like this
Ancestry: Goblin
heritage: Charhide
Level 1 Ancestry Feat: Rough Rider
Level 5 Ancestry Feat: Burn It!
Class: Champion
Path: Liberator
Level 1 Feat: Deity's domain (Fire)
level 2 Ally-> Steed
level 2 Feat: Ranger Dedication
Level 4 Feat: Basic Hunter's Trick -> Hunted Shot
Level 6 Feat: Loyal "Warhorse"
