Hello dear customer service people, I'm writing this thread because this morning I received my last subscription confirmation mail order. As I stated in a thread I previously opened (thread for reference https://paizo.com/threads/rzs42jfb?Cancel-my-AP-Subscription-after-the-last #1 ) I'd like that my subscription to the Adventure Path Line would be cancelled after the shipment of the last volume of the Tyrant's Grasp Adventure Path because I'm not interested in transictioning to Pathfinder 2nd Edition, at least for now. Mr. Phelan of your staff correctly set the subscription to end after this last shipment and I really appreciated that. However, the confirmation mail I received says that the shipment will contain also the first volume of the new Adventure Path in which I am not interested. I read the thread about this month's shipment and I read what Mr. Valdez has written about the fact that those order, such as mine, that had been set to end subscriptions with the release of the last of Tyrant's Grasp erroneously contains also the first volume Adventure Path. Could you send me an updated confirmation email of the order that marks as shipping only the last volume of the Tyrant's Grasp with also the updated shipping cost for only one volume, please? Thank you in advance and sorry for my bad English, but it is not my first language, so I do not speak it very well. I only hope that what I just wrote is clear enough to understand. Have a good day!
