Hello dear customer service people, I'm writing this thread because this morning I received my last subscription confirmation mail order. As I stated in a thread I previously opened (thread for reference https://paizo.com/threads/rzs42jfb?Cancel-my-AP-Subscription-after-the-last #1 ) I'd like that my subscription to the Adventure Path Line would be cancelled after the shipment of the last volume of the Tyrant's Grasp Adventure Path because I'm not interested in transictioning to Pathfinder 2nd Edition, at least for now. Mr. Phelan of your staff correctly set the subscription to end after this last shipment and I really appreciated that. However, the confirmation mail I received says that the shipment will contain also the first volume of the new Adventure Path in which I am not interested. I read the thread about this month's shipment and I read what Mr. Valdez has written about the fact that those order, such as mine, that had been set to end subscriptions with the release of the last of Tyrant's Grasp erroneously contains also the first volume Adventure Path. Could you send me an updated confirmation email of the order that marks as shipping only the last volume of the Tyrant's Grasp with also the updated shipping cost for only one volume, please? Thank you in advance and sorry for my bad English, but it is not my first language, so I do not speak it very well. I only hope that what I just wrote is clear enough to understand. Have a good day!

Please, dear people of the customer service, could you set my AP subscription so that the last volume of Tyrant's Grasp will be the last that I will receive? I'm not interest in transictioning into Pathfinder 2nd Edition, at least for now, so I'd like to avoid the overlap of that volume with the first of the 2nd Edition AP. Thank you!

The Mix Coautl in the Bestiary lacks ranks in two skills. In fact he gains 8 skill ranks for hit die (6 because they are outsider's hit dice plus other 2 for his Intelligence modifier). As written in the stat block it has ranks in Diplomacy, Fly, Knowledge(Geography; Nature), Perception and Sense Motive and in each skill it has 10 ranks. The stat block also include Stealth in which the Couatl does not have ranks. Someone, the author of the monster maybe, knows what are the two missing skills without ranks? Otherwise I will think in what other skills give ranks to the monster...

One of the link in the article is wrong and need a correction. In fact the one in Michael Sayre's comment does not redirect to the store page of 10-04 Scenario, but to the store pagine 9-24 Scenario. Instead, the other links are correct

Hello everybody, I have two question to which I hope I can find an answer on this forum. Here they are:

1)The Elysiokineticist archetype published in People of the Wastes has an ability called Elysium's Soul. Elysium's Soul description says that an Elysiokinetcist replaces the standard class skill gained through his or her specializiation in the Wood Element with Knowledge(Religion) and Heal. With Knowledge(Religion) there is nothing to say, the problem is with Heal. In fact a Kinetocist already has Heal as a class skill, so I don't understand why the ability replaces one of the additional class skill with one that a Kinetcist already has because the Elysiokineticist archetype doesn't replace the standard class' skills. In my home game I will replace Heal with Knowledge(Planes) because of the flavor behind the archetype but I'd like to know if an official clarification was given to solve this problem because I found nothing searching through the forum. Although I don't play PFS games, I think that shis could be especially relevant for Pathfinder Society's players because I searched also through Campaign Clarification and I found nothing about this topic and the archetype is legal for PFS.

2)About Versatile Performance, but the question can be equally applied to the Scrivener's Versatility ability of the chronicler of worlds archetype, I'd like to know if the bonus gained through Skill Focus applies when we replace the skill bonus in a given skill with that in the associated Perform Skill, or in Linguistics in case of a Chronicler of Worlds. Long story short, if I have Skill Focus in Perform, or in Linguistics for a Chronicler of Worlds, does the bonus gained through Skill Focus apply to count the total replaced bonus? I ask because Skill Focus says that we apply its bonus only on checks made with the skill with which the feat is associated, but theoretically using Versatile Performance we still made the base skill check, only replacing the standard skill bonus for the check with that in the associated skill. However, things are made muddier by the rules text of the Argent Voice's Dedicated Performance ability that says "the argent voice gains a bonus
on Perform (sing) checks made as part of a versatile performance equal to the number of additional Perform skills in which he has the maximum number of ranks possible at his level" implying that we not only replace the total skill bonus of the check with that in the Perform skill, but the entire skill check with a check with the Peform skill

Sorry for my bad English... It isn't my native language, so I find difficult to express clear concepts using it

Any chances that one day will we see the divine gifts from Milani? Of the gods and goddesses outside the core deities she is my favourite one

I have a questione about the mail for my subscription order. Until last month the shipping cost for the order was 8,29$, this time instead the mail says that the shipping cost is 5,65$ although the order content is unchanged (one Adventure Path issue). Is the shipping cost actually lower than the previous times or this is an error due to the shipping system problems?

Any chances to see more about the Whispered Song in the book? According to what was written in Faiths of Purity some of the members of the Whispered Song have tried to burrow into the Umbral Court itself and would be interesting to see members of the opposition hidden in place of relevance between the Kuthonite followers.
I also hope that the book says more about the Milanite activities in Nidal to put an end to the Kuthonites' tyranny.

I was looking at The Arcanist archetype blade adapt and I had a question. It says that it gets the Black Blade ability like the magus does. What I want to know is that does it get the ability to attach spells to your melee attacks like the Magus does or is that just a Magus ability. The only reason why I asked is because I've seen somebody play it this way and they are very much a rule lawyer but I am not finding where exactly it says I can do this.

A Blade Adept Arcanist can deliver his touch spells through melee attack done with his black blade but only if he selects the Spellstrike exploit as one of his known exploits. Without the Spellstrike exploit he can't because he lacks the magus' Spellstrike class feature. Remember that the exploit allows the Blade Adept to deliver touch spells with melee attacks only using his black blade, not with any other melee weapon.

Just wanted a definitive yes or no, as no one can seem to agree on this.

No, they don't stack. Performing the Dead Shot deed requires a full-round action while using Vital Strike requires to perform a specific kind of action: the attack action. The attack action is a standard action. So or you perform the Dead Shot deed as a full-round action or you benefit of the the effect of a feat in the Vital Strike chain of feats doing a single attack as a standard action applying the effect of the feat, not both.

Will the order of the Runeguards, guided by Soralyon's light, have a role in Return of the Runelords? I think that the Runeguards would be good allies for the PC against the Runelords, at least as support or as a source of knowledge. I would be very happy if one of the support article of the AP would be about them or about Soralyon because they fits very well with the flavor of this AP. I know they hadn't a role in the previous APs of this story arc, but that was because that prestige class didn't exist when they were published

Oh, my GM is a cool guy and we talk a lot about stuff, story and everything. Our PF game might be heavily story driven, but we will see.

I guess if I use a sap on an unsuspecting guard, he won't ask me to roll for dmg and hope for a one hit knock out, but will just assume the guy knocked out.

And so far we assumed everything that's on paizo site as valid to use in character development. So Bomber will be okay.

As for character concept, yes... I don't have to be optimal in combat. In fact it would fit Elana's personality not to be. She is an opportunist and trickster. If she walks into melee, she is a bad rogue. No stealth, no plan, might as well yell "Here I am, kill me." I am confident that my GM will know how to lead fights with logic, as a bulky paladin in full plate will pose a higher threat to the random bandit than a girl with a small sword. She will dance around the fight if I can manage it, using bluff and stealth to get to targets that are exposed and/or weakened. Yes, it might drop more preasure on the other two players, but if I can make a proper distraction, it's all good.

In fact it isn't your role to shine in combat, you can certainly offer support to your allies during battles supposing that certain conditions are met or if you have the right tools at hand, but it isn't your main area of interest. Your role as a face is to shine outside combat and, if possibile, to avoid combat at all through diplomacy, deception or intimidation depending on the situation and what skill you chose to develop more supposing you have the possibility to talk at least a bit with your potential opponents before a battle breaks out. Sometimes entirely avoiding a battle through the use of a good speech, at least according to my opinion, is seriously more funny than fighting one and certainly offer more opportunities of roleplaying. As a face you have the tools to make this come real and, sometimes, also gain advantage from the situation entirely turning the tides. As a long you at least try to do this, you are a good face. You can also complement your activity as a face acting as a scout that stealthily goes on recognition to note a danger ahead of time and acting as a trapfinder and a sabouter (in fact Disable Device is useful not only to disable traps, but also other kind of devices, for example a wagon or a catapult, and to open closed locks). But you have never never to forget one, and only one, important thing, maybe the most important of them all, as long as you have fun playing and roleplaying your character everything is going right no matter how worse the situation can be in game.

I agree with them about Mobility. Mobility is a useless feat for a rogue, especially a Dexterity based one because you have Acrobatics as a class skill that is extremely better if you want to leave a threatened area without provoking an attack of opportunity. Of course, at the beginning the fact that using Acrobatics without penality to leave a threatened area requires moving at half your speed could seem a problem, but it's better than you can think. However, if you want to move at your full speed through threatened area using Acrobatics without penality, as a rogue you can also take Fast Tumbler as a rogue talent that grants you the ability to move through threatened area without provoking attacks of opportunity using Acrobatics at full speed without take the -10 penality at the check. My advice is, as also others said, to use that feat slot to take something better, maybe Combat Expertise to improve your defense during combat or the evergreen Improved Initiative to improve the probability to act first

The Argent Dramaturge's illustration is really really beautiful, she is soooo cute. In the preview articles for the weeks that come I'd like to read more info about the Silver Ravens, the Bellflower Network and the Eagle Knights' chapters.

Mr. Jacobs I have some questions I'd like to ask you.

1)How are the relationships between Desna and the flumphs? We know that the flumphs are good aligned wanderers that travels through the cosmo and the stars to warn the worlds they find of the menace represented by the horrors of the Dark Tapestry and the Old Cults so that those world can have their defenders against that menace. Desna says that her faithful has to welcome and befriend good travelers from distant stars and she is always militant and vigilant against the Old Cults, their agents and their activities. Given that, can we consider the flumphs as part of Desna's friends and allies?
2)Who designed Shelyn's holy symbol and what is the story behind it? It is really really beautiful
3)Another question about Shelyn: was she part of the original setting you made years ago or in the same way as Aroden she was created specifically for Pathfinder?
4)About the empyrial lord Pulura we know that she was worshipped in Sarkoris before the opening of the Worldwound and still today a single bastion of hope of her worshippers remains in the area that once was known as Pulura's Fall although now it is under siege. Are there other locations in the Inner Sea region where the Shimmering Maiden is worshipped as much as she was in Sarkoris before the opening of the Worldwound?
5)Except for the information released in "Faiths of Purity", there are other sources in which were released informations about the Starstone Brewers, the Whispered Song and the Glory of the Risen Rose? Or may you tell a bit more about them?

I have a question about a creature involved in one of the encounters that maybe one of the adventure developers could answer because there is a lack of a description in the text, so it is difficult that another poster could help.

Spoiler:
In area F the PCs will be ambushed by the blighted fey Malignant Molly. One of the special quality enlisted in her stat block is tainted blood which is also referred by her special ability Special Arrows, in which is reported that said special quality will be described below after the Tainted Shot arrow. However, there is no enlisted description for tainted blood in the following text that instead immediatly describes the hazard in the area. What does tainted blood do?

Thank you for the assistance given through your explanation, I didn't know that The My Subscription page tends to get a bit temperemental during the order spawning period. The good news is that now the pending order is correctly reported in my order history including the right set of volumes that has to be shipped and the authorization was correctly charged on my credit card. However, although these events were both successeful in happening, no confirmation mail was sent to my email address to tell me that ther order has been generated, but this is only a minor issue considering that all the major things linked to the order went right. I'm sorry for the bad English in which this message is written, but I'm not a native English speaker

UPDATE: I have just found that the email reporting the spawn of the order was actually sent to me few hours ago. However, my email client erroneusly moved it to the spam folder. It is the first time that that happens with one of your confirmation order mail, but this isn't a problem because as I have just explained above all went well

I recently susbscribed the Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription. Until today when I checked for the volumes that would be shipped to me this March as part of the subscription there were both the first and the second volume of the Ironfang Invasion Adventure Path. Today instead when I checked again to see what volumes would be shipped, it is only listed the first volume of the Adventure Path, why? Note that the other shipments estimated later for April and May still correctly enlist the volumes that would be shipped. The only missing volume for future shipments is the second that will be released this month
