I know at this point we're at the mercy of GenCon to add the events to the official schedule but is there any chance we can get info on what's available?
AL schedule as well as adventure descriptions is available there even though it isn't up on the GenCon page yet.
Any chance we can get something like that? The complete unavailability of information other than the specials is driving me bonkers and making it difficult to coordinate with friends.

The Passing the Torch scenarios are listed as 12-15. Is that a typo?
Those scenarios are listed as 12-18 on their product pages.
I'd just like to confirm that 15 will be the maximum level for the two Passing the Torch scenarios at GenCon. I'm asking because it affects some high level play plans that I'm putting together.

Will there be PFS 2nd edition at GenCon, actually?
There was some technical difficulty with listing them that is being worked on but yes, there will be PFS2E games most, if not all sessions. (I am not sure if there are any scheduled against the two multi-table specials.)
There will also be PF2E demos in the Exhibit Hall near the Paizo booth.
As Steven Schopmeyer pointed out, there will be a large scale seating of the L5 Pre-gen special, Thursday evening.

Is this the first list of the names of the first PFS(2) scenarios?
From the GenCon event search:
1-00: Origin of the Open Road (previously announced)
1-01: Absalom Initiation
1-02: The Mosquito Witch
1-03: Escaping the Grave

Am I reading the Gen Con schedule correctly?
1. There will be PFS 1E scenarios run in the Sagamore Ballroom during the Friday night SFS special?
2. There is no option for level 9 (or 14) characters in either Tier for The Siege of Gallowspire? It looks as though the tables are broken up by levels: 5-6, 7-8, 10-11, 12-13, 15-16.
|
Yes there will be 1E and 2E tables running at the same time as the SFS special. During all of the specials there will be tables of the other two systems running so players who are not interested in the system the special uses can still play.
10-98 is no different than any other special we’ve ever run. There has always been a gap at 9 (in early seasons it was at 7). The rule that says you can legally play up or down one sub-tier still apply, though we generally recommend that level 9 PCs play in the sub-tier 7-8 to avoid exposure to overwhelming enemies.

Well, turns out I was worried over nothing - the 7-8 and 10-11 tables sold out (Soldier Tier) before my wish list was processed. There were plenty of open tables in the Champion Tier, but none with enough tickets for all four of us. So now we wait for (I hope) more tables to be added.
