With gencon coming up, I checked my character I used last year. I had a session get reported twice (and I know at least one person I played with had his reported twice as well). Over the span of two months, I’ve used the “report a problem” button twice to send and error report email, but have not received any form of response. What should my next step be to try to have that resolved? Thanks for any advice.

The best way to solve these problems is to contact the organizer of the event in question. They should be able to remove the session that was entered twice.
If the organizer isn't available anymore, contact the relevant VC.
IMHO they should just get rid of the “report a problem” button, as the only thing that happens AFAIK is that support forwards the problem to the VC, who sends it to the organizer.
