It seems that when the order was authorized, it authorized partially successfully, but failed on a portion of it as well. Due to this, it will not let me use the one successful authorization that was opened. I have requested an authorization reversal that may take a few days to process. Once it does, I will be able to try to process the order again. I will update you here when I've resolved the issue and have your order on its way to you. Thank you for your patience.
