I realized, that I no longer get the prewarning or shipping eMail for my stuff. I only heard that you had problems with DNS stuff on your website - might this be the reason?
I got my last pre-announcement eMail for Tyrants Grasp 1 and waited weeks for the shipping mail to arrive in my inbox (which never came) but the file was already avavilable for download.
No I got the second part of that AP without any eMail at all.
Next question: You no longer do the "one file per chapter" files?
Would be nice if you could shed some light on this. I am not complaining, just wondering...

Our email issues regarding confirmation emails should now be fixed. It's possible though that this is what impacted your last order's emails. Please let us know if any of your future orders fail to send you an email, and make sure to double check your inbox settings to make sure they aren't blocked or moving to junk.
Have you still not received the physical copy of the first volume of Tyrant's grasp? If not, we can set up a replacement for this volume to be sent out to you.
We are no longer doing the "one file per chapter" option on new PDFs. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
