Ah I was not subscribed to the email. If we have already pre ordered are there instructions for how to pick it up at Gen Con?

An email regarding Gen Con preorder non-subscription pick up has not gone out because we are waiting on the function to select this option to be rolled out. We had some set backs on having that code available.

I'm going to close this thread and redirect to the July 2019 New Releases, Subscriptions, & Gen Con Pickup thread in the customer service forums.
