I could have sworn there were some archetypes which gave access to these talants for other classes but I can't find them. Can anyone think of a way to get them for other classes.
The Phantom Thief rogue archetype can get some.
The First Mother's Fang Cavalier Archetype gets social talents from a specific list.
also, if you want the renown and/or greater renown talents, there's the feat Masked Renown
