Improved Initiative and Soldier Blitz technique

Do the +4 initiative bonuses from the Improved Initiative feat and the Soldier/Blitz Rapid Response style technique stack? If you took both would that give you +8 to initiative?

Neither of them specifically call out a bonus type, so I think a class bonus and a feat bonus should stack?
