I'm trying to figure out how item creation there are. I've been making a list and I want to know if I missed any.
The core rulebook has 8 item creation feats, 9 if you count Master Craftsman. The Bestiary has Craft Construct. Mythic rules has Mythic Crafter. Ultimate Combat has Gunsmithing.
I'm also counting DND 3.5 feats. Epic rules has 6 item creation feats, plus 2 more for improving crafting. I think were 2 more, 1 for magic portals, and another for permanent spells. I haven't found them yet so I'm not sure.
Is there anything else?

The "item creation" category of feats is defined as feats for making magic items, hence no gunsmithing.
As an aside, it sounds like you might be unaware that Archives of Nethys, while a third party site, is the official online rule source for Pathfinder.
And as to 3.5 rules, sorry, I have not kept up on sources for those.

By that logic, Craft Enhanced Firearms shouldn't qualify either.

I am aware that Archives of Nethys is the official source. It just doesn't cross my mind very often.
I'm also looking for 3.5 rules, so it doesn't help anyways.

Create Enhanced Firearm is not listed under Item Creation, but General. [It does have an Item Creation feat as a prereq.]

The d20pfsrd site is also a great site. It is easier to find stuff here (in my opinion), but does include 3rd party material, and it is not set up to tell you if anything is PFS acceptable.

Check out The Hypertext d20 SRD 3.5

I thought I would do a follow up.
I've been finding this website useful for 3.5 stuff:
https://dndtools.net/rulebooks/
I can use it to find all item creation feats for 3.5. In fact, it also shows if a feat has shown up in multiple books. I haven't checked how thorough it is, but its looking good thus far.
