I purchased the pdf of the third volume of Return of the Runelords recently. When I try to download it, I wait the prerequisite 60 seconds as it personalizes the pdf. I click on the link, getting the 'trouble downloading this pdf? click here' message. This puts me back at the 60-second timer. The loop won't break. I originally purchased this product soon after upload. I tried again today, having not looked in on my digital content for a few days, and it was still personalizing, still looping. I'd love to read it, so can you get the download link to cooperate? Thanks!

I'm sorry the download is giving you trouble. I gave the digital asset a poke and hopefully it should behave better for you.
When downloads have exhibited this behavior, it often takes more than the usual amount of clicks to get them going. Try ignoring the "trouble downlaoding this pdf? click here" step. This button will set it back to personalizing to fix any potential problems, which will put you in a loop. Click to get it personalizing, click again and it should display "Ready!" and ask you to click once more. Click again and the product should start downloading. As I said, you may have to click the product a few extra times if it's being difficult or taking longer than usual to peronalize, but go ahead and give this a try and let us know if it keeps giving you problems.
