Hello, sorry for the post, but I've been having an issue with my purchases for awhile now. The error seems to be after going through the order process up to confirming it, then after confirming it the screen will load only removing the 3-steps from the top while leaving the confirm order/ continue shopping. I've tried clearing cookies and all, logging out, different computers, but still no luck. I've also reentered my payment info quite a few times as well. Please let me know if I need to do anything else or if you need anymore info, thanks.

I took a look at your cart to identify the problem and it appears that the order is reluctant to complete because your payment method is being declined. The check out process is not great at indicating this, so please allow me to explain what is going on.

Your card was declined because it did not pass the Address Verification System (AVS) check. This indicates that there is a discrepancy between the billing address entered for the card on Paizo.com and the billing address your bank has on file for the card. Please ensure that all of the information entered for the payment method is accurate and then try to submit the order again.

If you require any assistance updating the billing address for your payment method, please let us know! You may have to contact your bank if you are unsure of the billing address they have on file for your card.
