Totemic Master feat chain from Ultimate Wilderness opens Beast Totem to anyone, but it's BAB 13.
4 levels of Druid plus Shaping Focus allows a player to Wild Shape all day into a Dire Lion or Dire Tiger for Pounce with Claws and Bite.
While it's not exactly the same as pounce, Dimensional Dervish allows any character who can cast Dimension Door to teleport-pounce all over the place. Very, very cool ability, but 3 feats and you need a 4th level Wizard spell. Can be picked up by all sorts of casting classes with the right builds, and with retraining can be made to work as early as level 7.
Spell Combat (Magus) or Quickened Spell with Bladed Dash or Storm Step allows you to teleport/move as a swift action or as part of Spell Combat, and then full attack.
Battle Mystery from Oracle grants Surprising Charge, which grants move as an immediate or swift action. Limited uses per day, though Abundant Revelation and higher levels helps.
The Monk's Abundant Steps Ki power works with Dimensional Dervish, though at level 12.
The Guide Ranger's Inspired Moment ability at 11 lets you take an extra move action for free - very limited uses, but Inspired Moment is a God of Battle for two rounds. Guide Ranger is the best Ranger; Smite Anything.

Just looked up that feat and it looks awful at least for the beast totem line.

Would dimension dervish work with the dimensional slide arcanist ability?

Dimensional Dervish only works with Dimension Door or Abundant Step.
Dimension Door as a Spell-Like Ability counts, so the Horizon Walker Prestige Class can get it that way (Astral Plane Terrain Dominance). That's the go-to way to get it on a non-spellcasting character.
The fastest way to get Dimension Door with a spellcasting character who can fight well is with a Cleric who has the Travel Domain (level 7). Shaman with Lore Spirit also works at level 7, but they need 14INT. Halcyon Druid can pick it up at level 9, and same with an Eldritch Knight.
If you're allowed to use Retraining rules (or allowed to delay feat picks), then Dimensional Dervish can be grabbed pretty early on for such a powerful ability. If not, then... it's a high-level thing. Well, level 11 at best, which I guess isn't too bad. A Dimensional Dervish Battle Shaman would be a beast.

One Pseudo-Pounce option: Fortuitous weapon and Greater Trip. This combo means two attacks off of a trip AoO. If you can trip as a swift action, that's at least 3 attacks even if you have to move. Felling Smash does this, as well as Quickened Thunderstomp or the spell Aspect of the Wolf. Normally Aspect of the Wolf is a level 5 spell, but Wolf Domain grants it as a level 3, which means that Separatist Cleric and Druid can get it pretty early (and repeat-cast it with Pearls of Power or Preferred Spell).
Vicious Stomp also grants a bonus AoO on a trip besides the one from Greater Trip, but it's limited to unarmed strike.

Has anyone mentioned the Shifter yet? Both the Deinonychus and Tiger forms gives you Pounce at level 4, and if you take the Weretouched archetype you don't need to wildshape into an animal to use it.

Can you elaborate on this not understanding how to can use pounce with out wildshaping| Wonderstell |

Oh, my mistake. I see how it could easily be misunderstood.
you don't need to wildshape into an animal to use it.
The Weretouched archetype allows you to take on a hybrid form (and gain pounce), which means that you don't have to wildshape into an animal.
This has several benefits because your gear won't merge into your new form, and you're still humanoid. So you could wield a two-handed weapon and pounce with it, and still benefit from use-activated items such as Boots of Speed. And Armor. You'd still have to use the Wild Shape class feature, though. This is normally a Standard Action, but can be made into a free action with Shifter's Rush.

I forgot Symbiosis on the Synergist Witch. If you take Improved Familiar: Sylvanshee, Synergist grants both a Fly speed and pounce. Of course, you have to have 8 levels of Witch, which hurts BAB. On the other hand, Strength Patron Witch 8 has Divine Favor and can go into Eldritch Knight. Or Witch can go into Evangelist and still gain Synergist features and Strength Patron spells.
One of my favorite Gish builds is Unarmed Fighter/ Strength Patron Witch/ Eldritch Knight where there's claws and weapon/unarmed TWF with magic buffs. That's one crazy level 10 flying pounce.

side note, since there are a lot of charging in here, and for that you need a straight line among others which is not always there for you (party members tend to step in the way as well. also some need the charge to pounce and after they are close they cant charge the same target again.
for all of the above get rhino charge.
it let you ready a charge (partial, only one movement not double). so you can move (around party members\corners, away from target etc.) ready to charge (ready trigger can be self-trigger like 'ill ready to charge when i say "die" ' then as out of turn action say "die" and charge+pounce ;) also good for pouncing companions if you pick it up for them and teach them the trick ("sicke'm")

well yes. but you can't charge an enemy you charged last turn and is now close to. while you can full attack, some builds are stronger when they charge (tigers with pounce+rack, overrun or bull-rush builds as well for example). with this you can step away (provoking aoo or using acrobatics if you got them) and charge back at the enemy again.
also is good for things dragon style doesn't help with. like charging past corners or solid obstacles. (by walking past them and then reading to charge).

It's simply one less extra feat in what appears to be a fairly feat heavy build. Rhino charge is probably better, yes, but dragon style is probably good enough for a solid 80% of the time.
Also, the whole point of pouncing on a charge is so the enemy you attack is dead after said charge. So yeah, if the enemy is still up you're not pouncing again, but that's probably your own fault :D
