I don't think that's correct. The boon clearly says:Only games GMed between 2/1/2018 and 2/1/2019 are valid.
And because I don't live in the states this freaked me out that it was already over until I remembered I'd probably have another month.

Sorry no, I received it via email. I would ask your RVC.
We were told by our RVC that GM#1 was not to be distributed after Jan 31 2018, and on Feb 1 to begin distributing GM#2 which unlocks playing an Elebrian (the native race of Eox).
GM#2 counts for games run between Feb 1 2019 and Feb 1 2019.
If you had at least one box checked on GM#1 from running a game at a RSP venue prior to Feb 1 you could continue to fill out GM#1.

One question I have tho, can you and under what conditions complete more than one of a GM RSP boon?
I completed GM#1 (classic race, all boxes) and GM#2 (elebrian, all boxes) awhile back. Can I complete GM#2 a 2nd or 3rd time?
I don't know (the boon doesn't say so either way). I'm fairly sure you're not meant to start again on another copy of the same boon until the first one is fully done (no unlocking a race again for yourself before you've unlocked it for someone else). But I'm not sure if you can begin again if you've completed it.
It seems academic though. The deadline is at the end of this month; there has been no announcement by Thurston that "if you checked at least one box before the deadline you can keep going despite what it explicitly says on the boon" for SFS-GM-#2; and I doubt he will.

I would assume that as well, IIRC the 24th box of my first RSP GM#2 was marked in Spring 2018.
But yea that's a question - once you do fully fill out (as in all 24 boxes) a RSP GM boon, can you start on a 2nd? I feel this is something that's almost certainly been answered in the PFS forums but I can't find it.

What is this boon (RSP GM#2)? I have been GMing games for a while and not seen this nor can I find anything on it.
RSP stands for Regional Support Program. It's a way to reward GMs for running games in stores and such, public gaming venues that don't quite qualify for convention support. Run enough games as a GM, earn a boon.
Distribution is handled through your local venture officers, and they can tell you which local venues qualify.
