A Dwarven Fighter with rage in his heart! Never played rage. Decided against forever when an Elven character ran into battle naked, "pop my rage." Ozzonid who could not wear armor looking at the naked elf running into battle saving up for a composite bow. That was a little rough. But possible...

Interesting. Barbarian Steelblood Bloodrager. Not very flexible of a character but should deal some serious pain.

Or why I am intrigued Is I could be (human) the Mountain from GOT. Intell 3 and pure death to all. Total mindlessness. Not what I would have thought for myself though. But if it helps us succeed I could do it.
Just tossing ideas around. Had another odd idea for a fighter/spellcaster type. But this might be better.
the beauty of playing any character is that ya...there are stats that give ya the framework....but you bring it to life and inject the personality into it....however you see fit...within the framework...so ya could have someone with 8 strength...yet they have a chip on their shoulder and think they are stronger...or int 3....but think they are smarter...those we encounter daily lol...especially at work....and they....are really dangerous....so bring it to life!!!

@Darkvision-Did you describe (and we missed) any doors passageways or other areas that might have held a blue token?
@Team-Otherwise the only stuff we found that might trigger the portal are: wand; ring; book?
You have no information concerning a blue portal token other than presumption that the man that left must have possessed one.
Well to speak more frankly, I think we could either go to the Goldenfire order to show the book and ring.
Since the spire shifts (although not suually while we are inside (to our knowledge) we could go spelunking again.
Not really sure what the best course of action is especially because some of us might need a rest?
I think everyone is mostly at max HP, although I have used the larger part of my healing for the day.
Options that I see. We can:
Go back through the rooms we just went through and 'strenuously' search.
We can rest first and do the same.
We can go back to town and see what form the Spire has taken upon our return.
Let me know if anyone has other/better ideas.

My gaming instincts would lead me to pick the "healing headband" and the ring of protection. But I'm not really sure what the healing headband was all about.
And I suspect almost all of the items would be better of in the hands of the frontline tanks. However, Pnin would be up for having the ring if no one else wants it.

im at max hp....barring any effects that my lowered constitution has being sickened...im still down 4 points as far as I know in constitution
if we have a green token...and green portal works...wouldn't seeing a blue token be enough to trigger the idea that possibly that blue token would be useful for blue portal?
If you are down 4 points of Con, your max hit points is down by 8.
You definitely believe the blue token would operate the blue portal.

Yes, you gain your Con back 1/day, or a lesser restoration spell could restore 1-4 points.

We are at full rest and Sanrael is only down 8 HP from max.
My logic is still if we can defeat the thing he can't then we can defeat him.
It's him and 3 shadow things. I can't see a good reason not to give this a go.
You could try sense motive on Gorloth.
You could also try Knowledge checks to k ow more about his creatures.

Well, that didn't go so well.
One of the things I hate to do most is run, but...I realize the only magic weapon we had was on Kael...I thought we'd get to draw some attacks but that didn't work out...my lack of offensive spells is hurting us...Maybe later, if we survive, we can covince Gorloth it wasn't us who wanted to attack(or we go somewhere else) or...I'm sure there's another or.
Think Pnin and Sanrael both have magic weapons
Ugghh, didn't see them listed on their equipment. We're going to have to fight Kael also, not sure that'll change the running though.
